Dinking Disciples is a fellowship of Christian pickleball players who seek to build a community of disciples who make disciples & who build community within their own unique PB sphere.

More About Our Misssion
As disciples of Jesus, we are a group of Jesus’ disciples intentionally uniting &
gathering for the purpose of maturing in our faith & making disciples of Jesus
within pickleball communities.
As Dinking Disciples, we are INTENTIONAL about the following:
1. Growing as a DISCIPLE!!!
2. Being the light & salt of Jesus wherever we play.
3. Serving other disciples & the not yet believers.
4. Identifying with & building strong relationships with other disciples.
5. Forming Kingdom Communities.
=> Each group will be associated with a shared PB location.
=> will consist of 2 or more disciples sharing life every other week.
=> The purpose is for WORSHIP | FELLOWSHIP | MISSION
6. MULTIPLYING KINGDOM COMMUNITIES!!!
THE 3 MAIN ELEMENTS OF KINGDOM COMMUNITIES
=> WORSHIP: includes but is not limited to feeding on the word, singing, prayer.
=> FELLOWSHIP: sharing struggles & victories; sharing a meal; pray for each other; “play” together;
=> MISSION: members are committed to sharing the gospel with the lost at an agreed upon location(s); praying together for specific people;

Our enjoyment of and enthusiasm for pickleball may be what brings us together, but it is the Holy Spirit and God’s mission for His church that unites us!!! The vision of Dinking Disciples is to be an instrument to build HIS church through multiplication not addition! This growth of His church occurs as our Kingdom Communities of disciples build relationships within their spheres and multiply as the Holy Spirit leads!!!
GOD’S GRAND VISION:
THAT PICKLEBALL COURTS ACROSS THE CITY WILL HAVE THEIR OWN KINGDOM COMMUNITY OF DISCIPLES WHO ARE MAKING DISCIPLES!!!
Why initiate small Kingdom Communities that multiply rather than plant a community to grow big????
1. Small Requires less Resources - Addition (Big) needs more.
2. Multiplying needs Discipleship - Big needs volunteers.
3. Small Requires Shared Leadership - Big Churches want CEO's.
4. Small Focuses on a Neighborhood (pickleball courts) - Big Focuses on Crowds.
5. Small is “Table-Centric” - Big is stage-centric.
